Jane is not shy to learn and over the years has taken guidance from my wife in the areas of various types of food to cook along with presentation to ensure both the pallet and eyes appreciate the taste and presentation of the meal.

Jane asks questions to ensure she understands the level of cleanliness we expect and proven to be as good or better than most maids in high end hotels in ensuring our home is spotless at all times.

My wife and I are both professionals and often entertain at home. Jane is very adept at preparing a fine meal be it, fish, seafood, pasta, Indian, a vegetarian stir-fry, chicken, beef, lamb or pork and spiced to your taste. Her steamed fish and dumplings are two of our favourites.

Jane has taken it upon herself to learn how to bake bread, pies, muffins and even cakes along with dishes from her home country of the Philippines.

We have left Jane alone in our home when we were both travelling for work or home in Canada visiting family and returned to a clean home, well maintained, including our many plants and herbs growing on our balcony and in various rooms in our home.

Jane is extremely honest, accepting of constructive feedback and takes guidance and direction very well.
